Die KI-Kompetenz-Schulung für den sicheren und ethischen Einsatz von KI

Fehlendes KI-Wissen in Unternehmen führt zu rechtlichen Risiken und verpassten Chancen. Ohne ausreichende KI-Kompetenz drohen Compliance-Probleme mit dem EU AI Act, denn laut Art. 4 der KI-Verordnung müssen Beschäftigte über ein ausreichendes Maß an KI-Kompetenz verfügen – verbindlich seit Februar 2025.

Ein Beispiel: Wenn eine KI falsch programmiert oder unsachgemäß verwendet wird und dadurch ein Schaden bei Kund:innen entsteht, haftet im Zweifel der oder die Arbeitgeber:in. Das Unternehmen muss dann nicht nur für die entstandenen Schäden aufkommen, sondern riskiert auch den Verlust von Vertrauen und Reputation. Zusätzlich drohen Strafen durch Aufsichtsbehörden, wenn festgestellt wird, dass die gesetzlichen Vorgaben des EU AI Acts nicht eingehalten wurden. Generell gilt: Wer nicht mit der technologischen Entwicklung Schritt hält, bleibt hinter anderen Unternehmen zurück.
