Throughout her own development in Siemens she took over responsibilities in a broad variety of operative and strategic functions such as Sales, Project Management, Strategy and Market Intelligence as well as People & Organization. She could experience first hand the different Siemens dimensions of Business, Regions and the corporate world and realized early on that People and their motivation are the most crucial success factor in any professional environment. In her current role she is focusing on hiring and developing high potentials as next-gen leaders driving the digital transformation.
