Meet Franziska Schatt, a visionary leader with over 9 years of experience at the international consumer goods and industrial giant Henkel. As HR Director, she is responsible for all strategic topics around People Development, Talent Management & Cultural Transformation, including Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Leadership. Before joining Henkel, Franziska worked internationally at Google and Adidas where she gained experience, highlighting brand marketing, digital marketing, change management, digital strategy, and business development.
