The ticket includes vegan and vegetarian catering during the first festival day. This does not include the Mystery Tables and the party in the evening.
Our Mystery Tables are spread across several locations in Berlin where participants will have the opportunity to interact with other participants, speakers and partners at dinner events. The mystery in Mystery Tables is that you don’t know beforehand who will join you at your table. Unfortunately, our Mystery Tables are already fully booked, so there's no more chance to sign up.
The program on stage on the first day will be from 10 AM to 6.45 PM. After the stage program, our Mystery Tables will take place at 7 PM, followed by the ALF Party at 9 PM. The second day will take place from 10 AM to 3 PM. You can find more information about our program here.

We recommend that you travel to the Ada Lovelace Festival by train or bus. From the main train station in Berlin, take the M41 bus in the direction of Sonnenallee/Baumschulenstr. to the Fuldastr. stop (17 stops). From here it is about 8 minutes walk.
From the main station in Berlin with the U5 direction “U Kaulsdorf-Nord” to the stop Alexanderplatz. Here then change to the U8 direction “S+U Hermannstr.” To the stop U Boddinstr. From here it is still about 8 minutes walk.

You will receive your location for the second day one week prior to the event. All information about the locations can also be found here.
All participants that registered for the event, automatically get access to our event platform. If you can not attend the event on site, you will be able to follow it virtually.
Early Bird tickets, Regular tickets, Reduced tickets and On Demand tickets can be cancelled until July 20, 2023. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged (see § 5 Clause 2 of the Terms). Cancellation of Last Minute Tickets or Regular Tickets purchased after the aforementioned date is excluded. The statutory provisions on the right of cancellation shall in any case take precedence over these cancellation conditions within the scope of their application.
We offer reduced tickets for students, pupils, trainees, welfare recipients, retirees and people with disabilities. Please register for a reduced ticket in our ticketshop and send us an ID/certificate after your registration to get your booking confirmation.

As an ada fellow, you will receive your ticket at least one week before the event. If you still haven’t received it at this time, please check your registration on the ada hub. If you have already registered for the event and received no ticket, please contact email@example.com.
