Is there an event app?

Yes! And we recommend using our app to collaborate, co-create, and connect during the festival. With our app, you can navigate our conference area, see our program line-up, and get detailed information about our speakers and their topics. You can download our app via the App Store or Google Play Store.

When and where is the Check-In?

For the first day:

  • When? Check-in starts at 9 AM and the program starts at 10 AM, so we recommend coming early. Please bring your digital ticket. Keep in mind that we’ll have different counters for different last names. Our teams are on-site to help you find the right check-in counter.
  • Where: Rollbergstraße 26, 12053 Berlin

For the second day:

  • When? Check-in starts at 9.30 AM. Please bring your name badge or if you did not attend Day 1, please bring your digital ticket.
  • Where: At your WeWork location. You get all the relevant information a few days before the event.

I want to be a volunteer at the Ada Lovelace Festival, who can I contact?

If you are interested in being a volunteer at the event, please reach out to events@join-ada.com and send us a motivation letter explaining why you would like to take part in the event as a volunteer.

I am a press representative and would like to participate in the event, who can I contact?

Press representatives can apply for a media accreditation for the Ada Lovelace Festival 2023 until September 2nd, 2023. If you are interested in participating virtually or on site, please contact our press agency Drei Brueder Kommunikation und Beratung at presse@drei-brueder.de with details of the medium you represent to receive a ticket.

Will there be food and drinks on site?

The ticket includes vegan and vegetarian catering during the first festival day. This does not include the Mystery Tables and the party in the evening.

What are Mystery Tables and how can I register for them?

Our Mystery Tables are spread across several locations in Berlin where participants will have the opportunity to interact with other participants, speakers and partners at dinner events. The mystery in Mystery Tables is that you don’t know beforehand who will join you at your table. Unfortunately, our Mystery Tables are already fully booked, so there's no more chance to sign up.

Where does the ALF Party take place and how can I register for it?

The ALF Party will take place at SchwuZ Berlin, Rollbergstraße 2612053 Berlin and is exclusively for festival participants. If you want to take part in the ALF Party, please register here.

Will there be a livestream?

Parts of the event will be streamed live via our event platform. You can buy tickets for virtual participation in our ticketshop.https://www.ada-lovelace-festival.com/tickets/

What times does the Ada Lovelace Festival take place?

The program on stage on the first day will be from 10 AM to 6.45 PM. After the stage program, our Mystery Tables will take place at 7 PM, followed by the ALF Party at 9 PM. The second day will take place from 10 AM to 3 PM. You can find more information about our program here.

Is the access barrier-free?

For barrier-free access, please contact us for further information under events@join-ada.com and we can offer you barrier-free access to the Vollgutlager via Rollbergstraße.

I would like to come by car, are there parking facilities on site?

You will have the following parking opportunities on site:

PARK ONE multi-storey parking lot Rollbergstrasse, Rollbergstrasse 10, 12053 Berlin – max. daily fee € 6.00

Parking garage Kindl Boulevard, Mainzer Straße 27, 12053 Berlin – max. daily fee 12,00 €.

How to reach the location?

We recommend that you travel to the Ada Lovelace Festival by train or bus. From the main train station in Berlin, take the M41 bus in the direction of Sonnenallee/Baumschulenstr. to the Fuldastr. stop (17 stops). From here it is about 8 minutes walk.

From the main station in Berlin with the U5 direction “U Kaulsdorf-Nord” to the stop Alexanderplatz. Here then change to the U8 direction “S+U Hermannstr.” To the stop U Boddinstr. From here it is still about 8 minutes walk.

Tickets FAQ

I have an on-site ticket, but unfortunately I cannot attend onsite. Can I switch to a virtual participation?

All participants that registered for the event, automatically get access to our event platform. If you can not attend the event on site, you will be able to follow it virtually.

Can I cancel my ticket?

Early Bird tickets, Regular tickets, Reduced tickets and On Demand tickets can be cancelled until July 20, 2023. After that, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged (see § 5 Clause 2 of the Terms). Cancellation of Last Minute Tickets or Regular Tickets purchased after the aforementioned date is excluded. The statutory provisions on the right of cancellation shall in any case take precedence over these cancellation conditions within the scope of their application.

Can my ticket be transferred to another person?

A rebooking to another event or a substitute participant is only possible with the express consent of ada. Please reach out to events@join-ada.com

How do I get a reduced ticket?

We offer reduced tickets for students, pupils, trainees, welfare recipients, retirees and people with disabilities. Please register for a reduced ticket in our ticketshop and send us an ID/certificate after your registration to get your booking confirmation.

Do you offer student tickets?

Yes, we offer student tickets at a reduced price. Please register for a student ticket in our ticketshop and send us an ID/certificate after your registration to get your booking confirmation.

When do I get access to the event platform?

You will receive an email with your login data for the event platform one week before the event.

I am an active ada fellow and haven’t received my ticket yet, what can I do?

As an ada fellow, you will receive your ticket at least one week before the event. If you still haven’t received it at this time, please check your registration on the ada hub. If you have already registered for the event and received no ticket, please contact events@join-ada.com.

I bought a ticket in the ticket store and haven’t received my ticket yet, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your ticket, please check your spam folder. If you also can not find your ticket there, please contact events@join-ada.com.
